Gourmet Meal Packages
We offer fresh made gourmet meals for your convenience. Ordered
meals will be prepared in the lodge prior to your arrival. Dishes are made
with fresh ingredients and will be fully assembled for your convenience.
Some meals will come with appropriate directions for heating if
necessary. Depending on the season, vegetables and fruits used in each
dish are locally grown. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack packages are
available, and large groups can be accommodated.

you have a special request or food allergies. All meals must be ordered at
least 7 days prior to your check in date. Call for pricing.
Breakfast:
  • Muffin and croissant basket
    with an assortment of homemade
    jams
    (peach/strawberry/blackberry)
  • Fruit Tray- A collection of
    sweet melons, berries, and other
    fruits (locally grown depending
    on season)
  • Sausage Breakfast
    Casserole- A mixture of mild
    flavorful sausage, eggs, and
    cheeses
  • Bacon/Hashbrown
    Casserole- A mixture of smoky
    bacon, fresh hash brown
    potatoes, eggs, and sharp
    cheddar cheese
  • Cinnamon Rolls- Homemade
    cinnamon rolls with gooey vanilla
    icing
Picnic Lunch:
Includes your choice of one item from
each of the following categories

Sandwiches (fresh vegetables and
homemade sauces served on the side)
  • Tuscan chicken- Grilled
    lemon pepper chicken (served
    cold), greens, red onion, and
    tomato with balsamic
    vinaigrette dressing served on
    focaccia bread
  • Ham and cheese-  12 grain
    bread
  • Roast Beef and cheese-
    Flavorful roast beef, Asiago
    cheese served with veggies and
    a creamy horseradish sauce
  • Turkey Club- Oven roasted
    turkey, peppered bacon, swiss
    cheese, veggies and honey
    mustard dressing. Served on
    crusty ciabatta bread
Salads
  • Garden Salad- Greens,
    carrots, and radishes
  • Fruit Salad- Pineapple,
    strawberries, blueberries, and
    peaches(locally grown fruit
    available seasonally)
  • Italian pasta salad- Rotini
    noodles, tomatoes, onions,
    sweet peppers, pepperoni, and
    cubed cheese tossed in a
    creamy Italian dressing
Dinner:
  • Lasagna (served with garlic
    bread and salad)- A cheesy
    blend of pasta noodles,
    ricotta cheese, homemade
    spaghetti sauce, sweet
    Italian sausage, and ground
    beef.
  • Chicken/Broccoli/Rice
     Casserole: A mixture of
    white meat chicken breast,
    cheese sauce, fresh broccoli,
    and rice- Served with salad
    and dinner rolls
  • Mini Ham Loaves-
    Personal-sized ham loaves
    with a sweet tomato sauce-
    Served with twice baked
    potatoes and dinner rolls
Snacks:
  • Meat and cheese tray- Ham, turkey, and roast beef with
    cheddar, pepper jack, and provolone cheeses
  • Stuffed mushrooms- Large button mushrooms with herbed
    stuffing, onion, garlic, and cheeses (crab can be added upon
    request)
  • Shrimp cocktail tray- Huge chilled shrimp served with
    homemade cocktail sauce
  • Buffalo Chicken Dip- Moist rotisserie chicken blended with
    cream cheese,  sharp cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and "Buffalo
    Wing" sauce.
  • Spinach Dip- Creamy dip with spinach, veggies, and seasoning
    served in a bread bowl
  • Salsa and tortilla chips- Fresh homemade salsa (mild) with
    tomatoes, sweet onions, peppers, lime juice, and cilantro- served
    with homemade tortilla chips
  • Meatballs- Handmade meatballs in a sweet red sauce...this is a
    secret family recipe!
  • Potato Skins-  Huge potato skins, deep fried and stuffed with
    sharp cheddar cheese and bacon. Served with homemade
    Buffalo Ranch Sauce
Desserts:
  • Apple dumplings- Fresh
    apples, cinnamon, and sugar,
    wrapped in flaky crust and
    topped with a sweet caramel
    pecan sauce. Served with
    homemade vanilla ice cream
  • Carrot cake- Huge 4 layer
    spiced cake with thick cream
    cheese icing
  • German Chocolate Cake-
    Double layer chocolate cake
    topped with homemade coconut
    pecan icing
  • Chocolate Fondue Kit-
    Includes fondue set, melting
    chocolate, marshmallows, rice
    crispy treats, pretzels,
