What are the check in procedures for
my stay?
You will be checking in directly to
the cabin that you have reserved.
There is a combination or electronic
lock box at each cabin/lodge and the
code and directions to the
cabin/lodge will be provided by
management prior to your reservation
date.
What items are included in my stay?
Each cabin/lodge includes the
following:

Propane is provided
for Falls, Meadows,
Creek, Whippoorwill,
Waccabuck, and all
cabins. Cool Bush Lodge
has a charcoal grill.

Available at Falls,
Meadows, Creek,
Whippoorwill, Waccabuck,
and Cool Bush. Detergent
is provided. |
What items should I bring?
Personal toiletries (ie shampoo,
conditioner, shower soap)
Charcoal and lighter fluid if you
are staying at Cool Bush Lodge
Games
Movies
Food
Clothes
Foil if you prefer to grill with
foil
Seasonings for your food
Coffee and coffee filters
What do I do if I need assistance
during my stay?
You can call 1-855-HHCABIN or the
reference number in the information
booklet in your cabin. We will be
happy to assist you.
What do I do when I check out?
There are check out instructions in
each cabin/lodge.
Do all of the properties on your
website have access to a pool or
pond?
Meadows, Creek, and Falls Lodges are
the only properties with private
pools. Gamebird Cabin has a private
pond. Lake Logan and the Hocking
Hills State Park offer public
swimming (either lake/beach or
pool).
What if I book online and the rates
do not reflect the website
specials/pricing?
While we do our best to keep the
reservations system pricing up to
date, there is a Special Needs
category where you can enter any
valid discounts or pre-negotiated
pricing that should be applied to
your reservation. |
