We are currently taking bookings for Summer 2011. Please contact us to
check availability and reserve your dates. Reservations for Summer 2011 only
require a $500 deposit. Additional payments will be scheduled 6 months
prior to check in and final payment is due 30 days prior to check in. Deposit
will be included in total payments.

Policies
Liability: Renter agrees to assume all responsibility for an accident, injury or damage that may
result in or about the premises, to persons or property, and that the Owner or Agent of the
premises shall not be held liable, or responsible for such injury, accident, or damage. Renter
assumes the risk involved with the use of the hot tub, swimming pool, and any and all other rental
facilities and agrees to save harmless and indemnify the Owner from any and all claims and
liability of any nature which may arise by reason of the use of the same renter or others using
the same during renters occupancy.
Age Requirements: You must be 25 years or older to rent Buffalo Falls or Buffalo Creek
Lodge. A person 25 years or older must be present at the lodge at all times. No persons under
the age of 25 should be left unattended at the lodge for extended periods of time. Children 3
and under stay for free!
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin. A $500 cleaning fee will be added to your
bill if smoking was detected in the Lodge. Please do not discard cigarette butts anywhere on
the property!!!
Pets: No pets are permitted at the Lodge.
Check In/Check Out: Check in is at 4:00 pm Check out is at 11:00 am
Rates and Tax: 50% of total rental fee is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in
this agreement. Remainder is due 30 days prior to check in day. Rates are per night. There is a 2
night minimum stay required except on holidays when there is a 3 night minimum stay. A 6%
lodging tax will be added to rates
Cancellations and Refunds:
General Cancellations: Cancellations within 30 days of check-in time will only receive a 50%
refund less a $75 processing fee. Cancellations sooner than 14 days from Check In date will
not receive a refund.
Malfunction of equipment: We do our best to make sure all amenities are in good working order.
Occasionally, electronics, satellite, and other mechanical equipment will malfunction. We will do
our best to repair these items in a timely manner.
Hot tub: In addition, because of hot tub cleanings, the hot tub may need a few hours to heat to
its full temperature after you arrive.
Weather/Power Outages: Bad weather conditions may make travel to the Hocking Hills
difficult. In addition, occasional power outages may arise. We will do our best to give you
alternate directions and make your stay comfortable, but no refunds will be given for weather or
power outages. We will make an effort to reschedule your stay within the same season/days of
the week.
Radios/DJ’s: All radios and/or DJ services must be set up inside and turned off/shut down
by 11:00 pm.
Damages: Damages to the structure, fixtures, or furnishings will result in repair or replacement
costs. Please notify us at check-in if there are damages to the lodge. Any credit cards
submitted for payment or credit card numbers held on file for deposit purposes may be charged
to cover any damages that occurred as a result of your stay. An itemized list of any damages
and the replacement/repair cost will be sent to you prior to charging the amounts to the credit
card/s on file.
Occupancy: The lodge accommodates up to 25 people. No additional guests are permitted
unless otherwise approved in writing prior to check-in. Failure to comply will result in additional
charges per guest.
Lodge Safety Rules: For your safety, we post Safety Rules around the Lodge and property.
Please abide by these rules as we want you to have a safe and happy stay! Buffalo Falls Lodge
is not responsible for injury or damage to you or your property! Hunting/ATVs: No hunting
on premises or use of ATV's unless approved in writing prior to check-in.
Firearms/Guns: No shooting firearms or guns on the property.
Appropriate Behavior: Although Buffalo Falls and Buffalo Creek Lodges are located
secluded acreage, they are still in a residential area. Please respect other property
owners/neighbors in the area. For your convenience, property markers have been set around
the perimeter of our property. Absolutely No TRESPASSING on adjoining properties!!!
No illegal activity of any kind shall be permitted at either lodge. Under aged drinking is also
strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply with any of the above policies will result in an immediate termination of the
reservation. All parties will be asked to leave if any of the policies/rules are violated.
Rates:
In Season (April 1-May 15 and September 16-October
31) and Holidays
Rates Based on 8 person occupancy- $25 per additional person,
per night (3 years and older)
Weekdays: $499
Weekend: $649
Holidays/Holiday Weekends are the entire week of Christmas, the
week between Christmas and New Years (including New Year's
Eve and Day), Valentine's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July,
Labor Day, and Thanksgiving. Holiday pricing will apply to each day
of your stay surrounding the Holiday. 3 night stays are required for
Holiday reservations.

Pool Season (May 16-September 15)
Note: Pool season may vary based on requests to open the
pools earlier or close them later. Pool season rates area
based on the open status of the pools at the time of your
reservation.)
